Unilever Asia Pacific Event & Vendor Management Platform
We engineered a comprehensive multi-portal event management ecosystem for Unilever's Asia Pacific conference held at Renaissance Hotel, Powai, Mumbai. The platform handled end-to-end event logistics — from vendor invitations and internal team registration to real-time attendance tracking and on-site fast-track verification during the event.
The Challenge
Unilever needed a turnkey solution to manage a large-scale vendor conference with tight deadlines. The system had to handle vendor and internal team registrations separately, support bulk email communications, track day-to-day attendance, and provide fast-track check-in during the event — all delivered within weeks.
Our Solution
We built two distinct portals: a Vendor Portal with login-based registration, personalized day-and-time itinerary views, and upcoming product showcases; and an Internal Portal for Unilever team registration and invite management. Additionally, we developed an admin dashboard for bulk email uploads, automated invite dispatch, and comprehensive registration logs. For event day operations, we created a fast-track verification tool for rapid on-site attendee check-in. The entire system was delivered within weeks.
