The Challenge
The client needed a mobile-first solution to digitize their entire field sales operation — from route planning and beat mapping to order placement, inventory tracking, and incentive management. The app had to function reliably in areas with poor connectivity, be battery-efficient for all-day field use, and provide the admin team with full operational visibility.
Our Solution
We built a robust mobile application featuring GPS-powered route and beat mapping, shop geolocation, and streamlined order placement with access to the last three orders for intelligent product suggestions. The app captures shop inventory in real-time, displays active offers and schemes for both shops and sales personnel, and supports full offline-online synchronization with battery optimization. The admin panel provides comprehensive reporting, user management, and complete system control.
