Cross Border Care — Medical Tourism Platform
Cross Border Care is a full-lifecycle medical tourism application designed to support international patients traveling to another country for medical treatment. The platform manages every aspect of the patient's journey — from initial consultation and medical report uploads, through visa assistance and accommodation booking, to hospital transfers, in-country support, translation services, and post-treatment follow-up care.
The Challenge
International patients face enormous logistical complexity when seeking medical treatment abroad — coordinating medical records, visa documentation, travel, accommodation, language barriers, hospital admissions, and post-treatment care across countries with different systems and languages.
Our Solution
We built a comprehensive mobile platform that ties together the entire medical tourism workflow. Patients can upload medical reports, manage visa documentation, book accommodation, arrange hospital transfers, access real-time translation services, and receive consultation support at every stage — pre, during, and post hospitalization. The app integrates with partner hospitals and service providers to offer a seamless, end-to-end experience for patients navigating healthcare in a foreign country.
