Autobahn — Car Dealer Service & Feedback Apps

We developed two purpose-built mobile applications for Autobahn, an authorized dealer for Škoda, Volkswagen, and Nissan. The first app allows customers to request vehicle service for their authorized cars directly from their mobile device. The second is a tablet-based post-service feedback application installed at the dealership, enabling real-time feedback collection with automated backend reporting.

The Challenge

Autobahn needed to modernize their customer engagement process — making it easy for car owners to request service digitally, while also capturing structured post-service feedback at the dealership to drive quality improvements and customer satisfaction tracking.

Our Solution

We built a consumer-facing mobile app for service requests, complete with vehicle identification and service scheduling. For the dealership, we developed a tablet-based feedback application with an intuitive interface for customers to rate their service experience. The backend generates detailed reports from collected feedback, giving dealership management visibility into service quality and customer satisfaction trends.
