We developed an interactive Purchase Price Allocation (PPA) Benchmarking Tool for Aranca that enables financial professionals to make data-driven decisions about allocating intangible assets and goodwill for financial reporting purposes. The platform provides comprehensive analysis across asset classes, discharge of purchase consideration, economic life assumptions, discount rates, and more — all compliant with ASC 805 and IFRS 3 (Business Combinations) standards.
The Challenge
